in writing, and a copy of the treatment plan, including
the costs, is sent to the referring practitioner.
The preferred method of payment is by debit card or BACS (details are provided at booking time of appointment).
Vermilion does not accept cash.

Missed or broken appointments represent a cost to us and are an inconvenience to other patients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. They delay completion of your dental treatment and create unnecessary scheduling problems for other patients. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we are happy to change it for you provided you give us at least 48 hours notice. Failure to provide us with advance notice or failure to keep a scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation / no show fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
We appreciate your co-operation and understanding of our late cancellation policy in helping us to run an efficient appointment system.
We will always take exceptional circumstances into account if the unforeseen happens and you have reason to cancel an appointment at short notice.
