All-on-Four is an innovative solution for those patients suffering a loose denture or failing teeth who wish to achieve a brand new smile with a fixed bridge on implants, all within one day. The patient arrives at 9am, and leaves at 5pm with their new all-on-four fixed bridge.Vermilion’s dental laboratory enables the technician to make the patient’s provisional bridge at the practice while the patient rests in our private recovery room, with a fold-down bed, television and complimentary Wi-Fi access.

Traditionally it has been necessary to support a full arch of implants on 6 implants. A new technique can sometimes be employed where only 4 are used. Two of the implants are placed at an angle providing a cantalever and also avoiding the nerve running through the jaw.
